After opening your file, we assign an inspector to visit the property and document the quality and quantity of materials. Inspections typically take 1–2 hours for a standard two-story home but vary based on project size. This documentation supports accurate Fair Market Value estimates and provides key information for tax professionals.
For projects outside our travel radius, clients may submit photos, plans, and inventories; we also work with nationwide subcontractors.
