Step 5 – Appraisal Production
Once the donor, builder, and chosen donee establish the deconstruction and pickup schedule, TGMI begins appraisal production. Most research occurs after receiving all contemporaneous documentation from the nonprofit or government entity. Only items actually received and accepted by the donee are included in the final appraisal to ensure accuracy.
