Step 3 Receipt of the Appraisal Valuation Quote and Contract

Following the inspection, our appraiser provides an estimated Fair Market Value range, a list of potential donation materials, and identification of the nonprofit or government donee. Quotes are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours. An appraisal contract and fee—based solely on the required research—will also be provided. Donations valued at $5,000 or more require a Qualified Appraisal by a Qualified Appraiser per IRS regulations, which we deliver in full compliance.
