Step 6 Appraisal and Tax Form 8283 Delivery

Appraisals are typically completed within 4–8 weeks after all documentation is received, depending on project size. The final appraisal and signed IRS Form 8283 (from both appraiser and donee) are delivered via email or mail. TGMI remains available throughout the process to support donors, coordinate with nonprofits, and address any changes in project scope.
